Overview
FatCat Arena is building the entertainment layer of crypto. Perpetuals and prediction markets have proven the demand; nothing has yet turned that demand into a competitive, social experience people stay for. We turn isolated execution into a live, shared, gamified event: the esports arena of trading.
The beta is live on a private testnet with a gated userbase, with MVP launch targeted for Q4 2026. This page summarises the pre-seed pitch: the problem, the product, the market timing, the revenue model, the team, and the ask.
Liquidity built the category. Nothing built the loyalty.

Isolated execution
The rise of platforms like Hyperliquid and FOMO shows perpetuals are set to lead the next bull run, but no single platform has locked in the win yet. Every platform has chased infrastructure. None has built what earns loyalty.
The next generation of crypto won't be built by the fastest exchange. The next billion-dollar opportunity is the emotional connection that keeps people coming back long after the trade is over.
We believe the platform that wins this category will be the one that builds on these psychological drivers to create something entirely new, turning trading from a solo transaction into a shared, competitive experience people stay for. We're converging trading, social, and gaming into one category: competitive social trading.

Where trading becomes a sport.

The arena
FatCat Arena wraps live markets in three layers of competition: the fight itself, the status that comes with winning it, and the crews that fight together.
Every trade becomes a match, with a live crowd staked on who wins.
PvP Duels
Pick a coin and a time frame, go SHORT or LONG, and get an instant match or search for a duel in a lobby. Whoever has the highest PnL% at the end of the time frame takes the pot. Get liquidated during a round, and it's an instant knockout.
Spectator Predictions
Every duel opens a live side market for anyone watching. Spectators back a fighter to win, and if their pick takes the duel, they take a share of the pot too, no trading required.

Visibility is a reward, and eventually a risk. A streak becomes a target.
Bounty Hunter
String together a 10-duel win streak, and the platform puts a public bounty on the streak-holder's back. Anyone who ends the streak takes the bounty pot, stacked on top of the duel pot itself.
Trophies & Skulls
Every duel won mints a badge to the winner's public profile; every season won mints an on-chain trophy. Reputation becomes visible, permanent, and something worth defending.

Guilds turn individual results into shared stakes, fought and felt together.
Guilds
Wins and losses stop being individual. Traders form crews, pool a shared war chest, and battle rival guilds in seasonal wars, turning individual performance into tribal stakes.

The infrastructure behind the fight.

One execution pipeline
Social mechanics drive engagement and retention, but only if the underlying infrastructure is robust. Every duel, guild raid, and spectator market on FatCat runs in the same arena, on the same execution pipeline.

Hyperliquid meets Polymarket.

Two categories converging
Two of the fastest-growing categories in crypto are converging, and nothing sits at the intersection yet.
- Prediction markets went mainstream in under a year. Combined Kalshi and Polymarket volume grew from under $5B a month in September 2025 to $44.8B in June 2026: more than triple the average monthly handle of every legal US sportsbook combined.
- The real signal is speed, not size. Kalshi and Polymarket now run a $7.8B market in near-term crypto bets alone, contracts settling in 5, 15, or 60 minutes, showing traders don't want to wait 180 days for an outcome anymore.
- Perpetuals already have the audience. ~2M engaged traders on Hyperliquid and FOMO alone, inside a TAM of 100M+ global crypto traders who already live in charts, Telegram, and X every single day.
Prediction Markets
Monthly volume · Kalshi + Polymarket · 9x growth since Sept 2025
Perpetuals Trading
Monthly volume · Hyperliquid 30 day · leading on-chain perp venue
FatCat sits exactly where these converge: the instant, visible-outcome instinct that is already reshaping prediction markets, running on the trading audience perpetuals already built.
Built at the convergence.

First at the intersection
FatCat Arena is the first platform to combine perpetuals, predictions, and competitive social trading into one gamified arena. Hyperliquid built the deepest perpetuals execution in crypto. Polymarket proved the appetite for fast, visible-outcome betting. FOMO built social trading: leaderboards, followers, visible positions. No one has yet bridged all three.

Multiple revenue streams drive higher LTV.

Volume across four streams
Revenue is driven by trading volume across four streams: spot and perp execution fees at the Hyperliquid builder-code maximums, plus a rake on duel, guild, and prediction pots.

Unit economics
FatCat's multi-layer monetization model enables customer acquisition costs to be recovered quickly, while creating meaningful long-term customer value.
A 9.55x return on acquisition cost, recovered in under 3 months, means every dollar spent on marketing earns itself back almost immediately, and continues generating value for the rest of the user's 24 month+ lifetime. The unit economics work on their own, before any network or retention effects compound them further.

Every event becomes content
We don't announce competitions, we launch stories. FatCat Arena is built around an evolving universe where every competition becomes another chapter in a larger story. Lore turns users into recurring characters, and creates emotional investment that compounds over time.
- 01FatCat introduces the competitors: each fighter gets a character and a backstory.
- 02Challengers called into the arena: the match is framed as an event, not an order.
- 03Communities choose sides: guilds and spectators rally behind a fighter.
- 04Trash talk spreads across social media: the rivalry plays out publicly on socials.
- 05Every event generates content: clips, recaps, and hype feed the next battle.
That loop doesn't reset. Today's rivalry becomes next month's rematch. This season's guild war becomes next season's grudge. Features can be copied in a weekend. Two years of rivalries, characters, and community history can't.
