OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES

These Official Competition Rules ("Competition Rules") govern participation in all competitions conducted through the FatCat Arena platform, including but not limited to Trading Duels, Guild Wars, Guild Raids, Tournaments, Seasonal Championships, Leaderboards, Promotional Events, and other competitive activities offered by FatCat Arena, LLC ("FatCat Arena").

These Competition Rules supplement the FatCat Arena Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall control unless expressly stated otherwise.

To participate in any Competition, a participant must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Be legally permitted to participate under applicable laws.
• Maintain a valid FatCat Arena account or connected wallet.
• Comply with all Terms of Service, Competition Rules, and platform policies.
• Not be located in a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction.
• Not be subject to sanctions or governmental restrictions.

FatCat Arena reserves the right to require identity verification, residency verification, or additional compliance documentation before allowing participation.

FatCat Arena may offer:

Trading Duels

Head-to-head competitions between individual participants.

Guild Wars

Competitions between two or more guilds.

Guild Raids

Time-limited guild challenges involving coordinated participation.

Tournaments

Structured competitive events with brackets, elimination rounds, leagues, or championship formats.

Seasonal Competitions

Recurring events spanning a defined period.

Promotional Events

Marketing, community, or sponsor-supported competitions.

FatCat Arena may introduce new competition formats at any time.

Participation may require:

• Registration;
• Wallet connection;
• Entry fee payment;
• Guild membership;
• Eligibility verification;
• Acceptance of competition-specific rules.

FatCat Arena may deny participation for any reason consistent with platform policies and applicable law.

Certain Competitions may require an entry fee:

• Duel entry fees;
• Tournament entry fees;
• Guild registration fees;
• Seasonal participation fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by FatCat Arena.

Competition outcomes may be determined by:

• Profit and loss (PnL);
• Return on investment (ROI);
• Trading accuracy;
• Risk-adjusted performance;
• Guild scoring systems;
• Custom scoring metrics;
• Other criteria announced before the Competition.

FatCat Arena reserves sole authority to determine and interpret scoring methodologies.

All competition determinations are final.

FatCat Arena may publish rankings and leaderboards.

Rankings may be:

• Updated in real time;
• Delayed;
• Corrected;
• Recalculated;
• Removed.

FatCat Arena reserves the right to adjust rankings if errors, manipulation, protocol failures, or data discrepancies are identified.

No participant acquires rights based solely upon leaderboard placement.

Trading Duels may include:

• Fixed-duration contests;
• First-to-target contests;
• ROI-based contests;
• PnL-based contests;
• Instant Knockout ("IKO") contests;
• Special event formats.

FatCat Arena may establish duel-specific rules before commencement of a Duel.

Failure to comply with duel requirements may result in forfeiture.

Guild leaders are responsible for:

• Managing membership;
• Enforcing guild standards;
• Representing guild participation.

Guilds may not:

• Coordinate fraudulent activity;
• Manipulate rankings;
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities;
• Collude with competing guilds.

FatCat Arena may suspend, disqualify, or dissolve guilds where platform integrity is threatened.

Participants shall compete honestly and in good faith.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Match fixing;
• Win trading;
• Wash trading;
• Multi-accounting;
• Account sharing;
• Collusion;
• Botting;
• Artificial volume generation;
• Reward farming;
• Exploitation of bugs;
• Unauthorized automation.

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage may result in immediate disqualification.

FatCat Arena reserves sole discretion to:

• Investigate participants;
• Audit trading activity;
• Review wallet activity;
• Analyze behavioral patterns;
• Review guild activity;
• Suspend competitions;
• Reverse rankings;
• Disqualify participants.

FatCat Arena is not required to disclose investigative methods.

All enforcement decisions shall be final.

FatCat Arena shall not be responsible for:

• Internet outages;
• Wallet failures;
• Exchange outages;
• Hyperliquid outages;
• Oracle failures;
• Smart contract failures;
• Blockchain congestion;
• API failures.

FatCat Arena may:

• Delay events;
• Restart events;
• Recalculate results;
• Cancel affected competitions.

Competitions may offer:

• Digital asset rewards;
• Cash-equivalent rewards;
• Token rewards;
• Referral rewards;
• Merchandise;
• Sponsor prizes.

FatCat Arena may:

• Verify eligibility;
• Delay distribution;
• Withhold rewards pending investigation;
• Adjust reward calculations;
• Cancel rewards obtained through misconduct.

Participants are solely responsible for:

• Tax reporting;
• Tax payments;
• Regulatory compliance.

FatCat Arena does not provide tax advice.

FatCat Arena may disqualify any participant for:

• Violating the Terms of Service;
• Violating Competition Rules;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Regulatory concerns;
• Manipulation;
• Abuse of platform features;
• Any conduct deemed harmful to platform integrity.

Disqualification may result in forfeiture of rewards.

FatCat Arena shall have final authority regarding:

• Competition outcomes;
• Rankings;
• Eligibility;
• Rewards;
• Disqualifications;
• Rule interpretation;
• Platform integrity.

All decisions made by FatCat Arena are final and binding.

FatCat Arena may modify these Competition Rules at any time.

Updated rules become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised rules.
